I've noticed recently that my Friends List has become very diversified in the past few months. I joined LJ in the beginning as a way into the House MD fandom, I never could imagine that it would expand into other areas of my life.

hehe ♥ I got into Alan Rickman through his role of Snape and I've loved Snape since starting the HP books when I was 10 xDD I guess overall, he's been the biggest thing for me, fandom wise :D

I've been in love with Alan since I first saw him in Die Hard as Hans Gruber (a movie I probably should not have been watch at such a young age). He was my second crush behind Harrison Ford. I've always liked them older even as a young child

Alan IS Snape even if he is 25 years older than the character.

I became involved in LJ because of my adoration of House... that of course has expanded! I find myself getting attached to other shows, fandoms, etc., and wonder when I'm ever going to have the time I used to give to House! ;) LOL I miss the time I used to have available to spend on LJ... because it is certainly a lot less. :( I love John Hannah (adore!), Bradley Whitford... and have you seen Andrew Buchan? Young Brit Boy? Yummy! ... I'm getting obsessed with Battlestar Galatica, a bunch of British shows (though not the mainstream ones everyone seems to be watching.. lol) and a few other shows! lol

I like Alan Rickman, but I don't pursue him across the internet. If that makes any sense. lol And I love the HP books and movies, but I haven't looked up anything on them online. I'm afraid I'll get addicted, and never come up for air.

Jason Isaacs is intriguing. I hated his character in The Patriot, but thought he was very handsome. And I loved his accent. The next movie I saw him in was Peter Pan, which was quite jarring after seeing him in The Patriot. lol But I love him in HP, and I totally fell for his character in The West Wing. And now, every time I see pictures of him here, I think I need to look up more of his work.

While I like Stephen Fry and Robert Sean Leonard (and chose them in your poll), my main is House/Hugh Laurie. Also main is Richard Dean Anderson (SG-1) and my 2 ships, House/Cameron and Jack/Sam. Also like Gibbs (Mark Harmon) in NCIS. I seem to have a thing for alpha males.

Is it terrible that I actually do like Hugh Lauri a lot and watch his old comedy stuff on youtube all the time but I've never really sat down and watched House? I can never seem to catch it and I hate starting tv shows when I don't know the backstory... *hangs head in shame*

It's amazing how you can come in with the intention of just keeping up on your one fandom and then the whole place fueling your obsession interest in other fandoms.

John Hannah, aww I love him. I will have to look up Andrew Buchan on IMDB. I want to get into Battlestar Galatica but right now I'm concentrating on "BRtoherhood" which is amazing and underrated. Dr. Who, Torchwood, Dexter and Weeds will also be in there somewhere. I wish there wa smore time in the day.

Alan has been an obsession of mine before I was even a teenager. The internet has only made it possible to absorb as much inforamtion about him as possible.

I agree, Colonel Tavington in The Patriot was a right bastard but God, he was so amazing and evil not to mention beautiful in the role. I first noticed him as Lucius Malfoy in HP and had to learn more. Now I'm in total love because he's such a sweet darling in RL as opposed to onscreen.

I've never seen him on the West Wing. Now I'm intrigued.

He was super hot in The West Wing. If I wasn't crushing on Bradley Whitford/Josh Lyman so much, I probably would have rooted for Jason's character to be a permanent hookup with Donna. His character was in the last two episodes of season 5 and the first one of season 6. He was the Hot Photographer. :)

I didn't start watching until mid-season 2.

The 1st and 2nd seasons are amazing. The 3rd and 4th, ummm, no comment. Hugh is AMAZING in all sorts of ways.

Snape and Malfoy, I like reading FFs about them, well, I like HP fiction and there'll a 90% that they're in those stories. I don't know what Brotherhood is, is it American or British TV? Drama? Comedy?

I'm addicted to HP fanfiction because I like it A LOT more than the last book.

Brotherhood is an AMerican show. It's about an Irish family, one brother is a politician, the other is a violent gangster. I am in love with the gangster Michael Caffee played by Jason Isaacs. He has anger management issues. The show is so well acted and written.
