First-someone has to write a fic (one shot, small multiparter) about the cam scene and since House and Wilson saw the video tape you know they watched what she said.

Two, I don't think House meant "Cameron was smart" to be negative in anyway. He was talking about the past. He hired Cameron because she was beautiful but she WAS smart too.
