So excited today, this Hughsday episode is "Merry Little Chritmas" Hands down this episode is in my Top 3.  Hugh is amazing, no wait, that's too weak of a word, Hugh is an absolute revelation in this episode. The various stages and emotions he conveys is beyond belief. Plus my favorite House/Cameron moment occurs here.

I believe I have finally for the most part recovered from my mental collapse last week. I am motivated to do more than just care for my son and myself. The house is coming together, presents are getting wrapped (and sent out), cards are finished, and most importantly bills have been paid.

I bought Sense and Sensibility on Sunday and Love Actually (hence the icon) I have loved the first movie since it came out on screen, not to mention that pesky character actor in there, what's his name again? MR. Palmer....Hugh Something.  I've never seen Love Actually, I can't wait to view it.

I'm a little late to the table with this but I am in absolute shock that our little community that could hughbunnies is up above 100 members now. To say that I am in awe and appreciative would be an understatement.

12 Things That Make Me Happy

1) The laughter from my child. Nothing will ever compare to that sound.
2) The unbridled joy on a child's face the first time you take them to Walt Disney World.
3) Laying in bed with my husband with my head resting on that spot beneath his shoulder. I fit perfectly there.
4) My family, they may drive me crazy but I am fortunate to be related to such wonderful people.
5) My friends (in person or over LJ) 
6) Having fun and gushing over Hugh Laurie. Is it silly, yes but also so much fun. Not to mention he's so easy to gush over.
7) Writing, it may seem like an odd thing to be happy over but nothing matches the feeling of accomplishment that occurs when you put sweat and tears into a passage and people compliment you on how much they love it.
8) My dogs and cats. Pure, unadulterated love from something that doesn't ask for really anythjing in return goes a long way.
9) Christmas
10) Being blessed with an amazing life that at times I seem to be unappreciative of but that I shall try never to take for granted again.

-----There's nothing much for me to say about last night's episode of House. I'm just kind of blah about the past 2 episodes. I'm hoping I'll feel better after the holidays once we get new episodes. I'm afraid all the shit I'm going through personally is affecting my enjoyment on everything. It sucks, I'll soldier on and I won't bore you with the emo details.
-----I will say this one thing on the subject of House. I know a majority of my flist aren't Cameron fans but let me put the whole old version of the show versus the new version of the show into perspective:
I miss Cameron, it saddens me not to see her like I used to. It doesn't sour me towards the show on a whole but try to put yourself into my situation. Imagine if Cuddy or Wilson disappeared and became an afterthought, bought out for 2 seconds every couple weeks. It would suck. I know a lot of people would be happy if it was just the House/Cuddy/Wilson show and that's great, but please respect the fact that to me House/Cameron/Wilson were the show, and more importantly House/Cameron/Chase/Foreman/Wilson were the show.  I won't whine anymore about it, it's not the reason for the blahness I feel towards the show, it's just something that I was thinking about today.
-----*sigh* Watching "Mob Rules" God it's a great episode.

-----'Tis the season to be jolly :) We dressed up our office this week and we feel very festive. I took pictures, check out my stocking, I picked it out specifically.
-Also, public service announcement. I went to our Navy Exchange today and chose 2 children off the "Giving Tree". This is a tradition that we do every single year, we have since I was about 8 years old. If you have any type of program like this I urge you to consider taking part. Parents may be lousy and foolish but it's not the child's fault. And honestly doesn't every child derserve something under the tree at Christmas time?

 -------Sorry I haven't been around a lot. I've been so busy, the holidays seem to drain the life out of me. I have my Aunt visiting which is lovely.  My husband comes home tomorrow which is great and my step daughter will be here come Thursday. I can't guarentee I'll be around much for the rest of the week.

-------My son is sick I think. I had to give him a Nebulizer treatment tonight. He was at Mom's while I was cleaning the floors and I got a call to pick him up that he was miserable. I finally got him to sleep, hopefully he will get a lot of rest tonight. It's not cool seeing that blue ring around his lips. Makes me very scared and nervous.

 Holy Fucking Hell Cameron O.O

 As is my Tuesday tradition, I am going to sit here and watch House MD with a glass of wine and some popcorn (yeah I know they don't go together but OH WELL!!

TIme to marvel at the brilliance of Hugh Laurie and the rest of the cast. Honestly, Season 4 has made me forget the inconsistancy of Season 3 and restored the show to it's pinnacle IMHO

I'm just not going to wax poetic about how wonderful Season 4's premiere was.  It's all been said by numerous people, and I honestly don't want to take away from anyone's personal thoughts or feelings on what they saw on the screen.  We see what we want to, free will is a beautiful thing :)

Now, it's Humpday and the need to hump is strong with me so on with the weekly issue of Hugh!picspam, and it's a doozy.  Please have a doctor standing by.....
