Jacksonville,FL, we just returned from Guantanamo Bay Cuba a year ago. We were supposed to be there for 3 years but discovered my son had Autism so they early relocated us. We can only be stationed like 5 places and here is one of them.

What's your hubby do? Mine is a Master at Arms.

I hate having to wait for my stuff to come in from moving, it took over a month to move into our house here from Cuba.

My husband is in intelligence. We just moved to Fort Meade, MD from Augusta,GA and are waiting for housing. We are staying at a hotel and I pray we get our housing soon, cause this is expensive.

We were lucky coming here because my Mother lives here so we stayed with her but still, it's not the same as having your own home. My poor son was so confused. Are you on a waiting list? Military life isn't easy but in the end totally worth it, i wouldn't trade my Hubby for the world :)
